FAQs

Is a deposit required and refundable?

Deposits are required. In the event you have to cancel a service, please do so within 48hrs. If services aren’t canceled within that timeframe, the deposit becomes non refundable. The deposit fee is $60.

What forms of payments are accepted?

Debit/credit card, Zelle, cash, or venmo.

Do you provide your own equipment and supplies?

Yes. We believe in using the highest quality products to clean your home. If you would prefer for any of your own cleaning supplies to be used while cleaning, that can be granted.

What if something is overlooked?

If you find something overlooked, please contact us within 24hrs of your services. Our satisfaction guaranteed ensures we take pride in our work and it’s guaranteed.

What happens if I need to reschedule?

No problem. Just call us and we will work with you and your schedule.

Do we have to be home during the cleaning?

No. Customers do not have to be home. Pictures and videos will be taken while at the property. We just ask that a key or code be sent to us to be able to enter the resident for entry. Residence will be locked back up, upon leaving,

Do you offer weekly, bi weekly, or monthly services?

Yes. This can be discussed with the customer and cost will be based off the customers needs.
